International Health Management, LLC also performs internet consulting from offices in the United States and elsewhere for projects, business plans, construction drawing reviews, equipment lists, staffing patterns, management contracts, anticipated relationships with other partners and corporations, etc. For clients not familiar with a particular business or its partners, we can assist in qualifying them through investigative research and our international network.

The client and International Health Management, LLC determine the tasks and International Health Management, LLC provide the services through the most appropriate International Health Management, LLC consultants in the world.

A contract is signed and payment made via the INTERNET or WIRE TRANSFER

 An advance / retainer is paid by client via our independent Credit Card and Check Payment accounts with PayPal. International Health Management, LLC never  has knowledge of OR access to clients’ accounts or numbers!

Review of Management Contracts with recommendations to improve  Contractor performance and save costs $ 1,000.00 to $ 5,500.00
Review hospital other company financial operating results with recommendations for improvement, establishment of procedure and staff ratios for ongoing measurement, etc. $ 1,500.00 to $ 12,500.00
Monthly or more frequent, review of hospital financial  results with recommendations $ 500.00 to $ 1,500.00 / mo.
Coordination of recruitment activities with Client Human Resources and Recruiting Firms for cost savings, greater results and timeliness $ 250.00 to $ 900.00 / mo.
